On-Site Service Catering​

Best For: Larger events (100+ guest), convenient delivery, service, and cleanup.

​How it works: Our barista brings all equipment, prepares (12oz) drinks for guests, and manages the station.

Price: $500+ base service fee + cost of drinks & toppings &/or food. 

​

Note: To ensure the best quality and freshness, we are only able to service events within a one-hour driving range from our locations (irvine & Long Beach), as boba has a limited shelf life and does not travel well over longer distances.

What are you ordering?

NOTE: For best results, we recommend ordering food only if your venue and their team can help reheat food in an oven to ensure it stays perfectly crispy. If reheating isn’t possible at your venue, including food may not be ideal.

Per health code, Boba is only allowed at room temperature for 4 hours. After that time, it no longer falls within food safety regulations, and its consistency may be affected. Please select a service time that best fits your event schedule.

Service Start Time

Early Service: If you need service to start before 12:00 PM, an early service is possible with an additional $75/hr charge. Our standard serving time is due to the boba cooking process and staff scheduling. 

Number of Service Hours:

The recommended service time depends on your guest count to ensure smooth service and reasonable wait times:

100 guests: 1.5 hours

100 – 190 guests: 1.5–2.5 hours

190+ guests: 2.5–3 hours

 

​​These timeframes help our team serve drinks efficiently while maintaining quality. Larger events may require additional service time or staffing to ensure the best experience.
