How will my Tea & Topping(s) order be prepared/packaged?
Preparing Tea in Bulk: When you order from us, all your tea is prepared in a convenient gallon bottle. This makes it easy to pour directly into cups or transfer to a dispenser, ensuring your tea is ready to serve.
For your gallon add-ons: We provide them separately, along with 12oz cups, lids, and straws, so you can assemble your Cha exactly how you like it.
Transporting Your Order: For your convenience, your entire order will be neatly packed into a sturdy cardboard box when you arrive to pick it up. Need to keep things cool? You can rent one of our ice chests or drop off your own 1-2 days ahead of time.
NO DELIVERY
Notice: For safety and best quality, boba must be served within 4 hours. Please select a pickup time as close to serving time as possible.
Earlier pickup may be available for $75 per hour, subject to availability. This fee covers the additional preparation time needed.
